Damien joined WorkPac in 2022 as Non-Executive Director.
Damien has over 25 years of recruitment industry experience. In 2006, Damien co-founded the technology and digital staffing firm ITCOM Australia, building it into one of Australia’s preeminent Technology and Digital recruitment businesses. As CEO, Damien brokered and managed the merger of ITCOM with the Davidson Group to become Davidson Technology in 2014. From 2014 to 2019, Damien led the merge and transition of ITCOM and Davidson, guiding the organisations change process and continued growth to become one of Australia’s largest technology recruitment and consulting firms.
Damien was a board member for the recruitment industry body APSCo for 10 years and was awarded life membership for his service to the industry. Damien is an experienced board member and advisor across multiple industries and sectors such as transport, manufacturing, construction, technology, professional services, government, wholesale/retail, not for profit and sport.
