About the Position:

WorkPac are currently seeking an experienced EIC Commissioning Lead/Supervisor to join the Clients team on a Lithium project in the Pilbara. Initially office based with ad hoc site visits as part of the role to ensure seamless project execution with view to transition to a site based FIFO role to oversee commissioning activities.

Key Responsibilities Will Include:

• Leading EI&C commissioning activities, ensuring seamless coordination.

• Crafting meticulous commissioning procedures to optimize efficiency and safety.

• Supervising and guiding personnel to execute tasks effectively.

• Conducting thorough pre-commissioning checks to preemptively address issues.

• Ensuring strict adherence to industry standards and regulations.

• Diligently maintaining comprehensive project documentation for reference and compliance.

Skills & Experience Required:

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering

• Proven track record in EI&C commissioning, demonstrating expertise.

• Extensive experience in executing projects within the mining sector.

• Proficiency in interpreting and creating technical drawings for precision.

• Demonstrated strong leadership skills and ability to effectively guide teams.

• Ability to manage stakeholders and influence people.

• Possession of EEHA certification.

• Hold a Construction White/Blue Card.

• Current Australian manual driver's license
