Group General Manager - Commercial

​Joining the WorkPac Group as a Regional Risk Manager in 2002, Cameron was quickly promoted to a national role where he assumed responsibility for the Group's OH&S, workers' compensation and risk management functions. After seven years of successfully managing this function, Cameron took on the challenge of starting up the WorkPac Group's training business, achieving profitable operations within the first 18 months. Group General Manager - Commercial

In late 2013 Cameron was promoted to General Manager – Group Operations, overseeing the WorkPac Group's Business divisions as well as corporate service functions including OH&S, industrial relations and training. In 2017 his role became Group General Manager - Commercial.

During his career, Cameron has worked across a diverse range of industries including rail, heavy engineering, construction, logistics, and health. Within these, he has developed a specialist focus for the management of commercial risk and regulatory compliance.

Prior to joining the WorkPac Group, Cameron spent six years with Queensland Rail (now known as Aurizon), performing senior roles in training, employee relations, and OH&S.  Cameron has also consulted to several public companies in the areas of workers' compensation and corporate risk management.
