Daniel joined WorkPac in April 2022 with more than 20 years’ legal, corporate and company secretarial experience.
He has worked in mining services, petroleum, government and retail businesses, and has previously led the legal functions for Racing Queensland, Minor DKL Food Group, Queensland Treasury Corporation and Arrow Energy. With those organisations he has been involved in successful acquisitions of ASX-listed and privately-held companies, major construction and procurement contracts, joint venture dealings, and government transactions.
His background also includes managing a portfolio of litigious matters, contributing to both State and Federal legislative reform, and providing strategic advice to boards. He brings a depth of experience in commercial documentation, corporate law, disputes and regulatory affairs.
Daniel holds a Master of Laws, dual Law and Environmental Science qualifications, is a member of the Queensland Law Society, and is a Fellow of the Governance Institute of Australia.
