​Wayne joined WorkPac in 1998 and since this time has held recruiting, operations, sales, management and strategic roles across the organisation.

Wayne has directly and indirectly energised and driven the development and expansion of WorkPac for the past 18 years. Wayne mentors and empowers team members to be agile and entrepreneurial.

Joining the Board of WorkPac in 2008, Wayne brings extensive industry knowledge and experience to the Board and also the ability to evaluate new opportunities and technology for the business.

Prior to his career in the recruitment industry Wayne managed a national rail freight forwarding transport company, was a professional water-skier and member of the Australian Barefoot Water-skiing team competing between Australia and the United States.
