ABOUT OUR CLIENT

Our client is Australia's largest coal miner and exporter, the world's largest supplier to the sea borne coking coal market and largest coal producer and supplier of metallurgical coal. The client has several mine sites across the Bowen Basin consisting primarily of open cut mines.

ABOUT THE ROLE

Seeking experienced Accommodation Officer to be based across two sites around the Nebo/Coppabella areas. The position will be working from site one week, working from home the next.

RESPONSIBLITIES & DUTIES

• Arrivals/ Departures from Camp

• Daily Wastage Reconciliations

• Discrepancies

• Processing of workflows

• Emails

• Attending Meetings with Coordinator

• Resident queries (Foxtel, maintenance requests etc)

• Training support for reservation admins (in person / over the phone/ Cisco WebEx share screen)

• Contractor Future bookings Fatigue Report (weekly)

• Future bookings reports (monthly)

• Field Leadership execution

• Village inspections

• Multi-site support

• Support for Non-Processing Infrastructure (Bussing / Mine site Cleaning / Village contract)

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

• Applicant must have previous experience with VIX portfolio (Osmotion)

• Reservations experience

• Ability to work in fast paced environment

• Ability to work autonomously, and remain motivated and focused

• Microsoft knowledge

• Computer savvy

• We envision the role to be 80% Accommodation focused / 20% NPI
