About the Role:
WorkPac is seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Analyst to work with our client Rio Tinto, for a Monday to Friday Roster, 40 hours per week role, based in Rio Tinto's Brisbane Office. This position has a initial 12 month contract duration.
What you will be doing:
Reporting to the Specialist - Accounts Payable and Expense Management and working in a collaborative and supportive team, you will be:
Resolving GR/IR issues
Working with vendors to obtain outstanding invoices
Overdue invoice reconciliation
Vendor Statement reconciliations
Processing a high-volume of invoices and credit notes with a large focus on payment on time
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly with Excel
Resolving queries via email and phone
Providing ad hoc accounts support within the team to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the accounts team
