Accounts Receivable Officer

Job description

Accounts Receivable officer is to provide administration support within the Program Support Finance Unit. Primarily the role is responsible for the processing of Damage claims across the region. The contractor's other duties will include assisting the program coordinator in the following:

- Self- Assessments
- Debt Administration
- Costing breakdowns
- Accruals
- Journals
- BillView Accounts
- TMR Receivables
- Aged Debt Impairments and various other finance and administration duties

To be considered you will need to have a strong background in administration, accounts experience with receivables, debt administration and ideally some exposure to government or council process. You will also need strong MS office suite skills, good communication and professional presentation. The role is for 12 months initially.
