Our client is currently seeking an Administration Assistant to work in their Ormeau office.

To be suitable for this position you must available for an immediate start and have previous experience in an administration role.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Answering phones in a timely and professional manner

  • Data entry

  • Printing

  • Emailing

  • Use of Excel spread sheets.
