About the Role:

WorkPac are seeking an experienced Administration Assistant to join our client based in Gladstone. This position is a great opportunity to provide administrative support three days per week on a Wednesday to Friday Roster.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Assist with onboarding of employees and enquiries

• Scanning, filing and documentation management

• Data Entry and Reporting

• Documentation management

• General administrative duties

Skills and Experience:

• Proven experience within a similar Administration position

• High Attention to Detail

• Strong communication and organisation skills

• Computer literacy with Microsoft Office Suite

• SAP experience (preferred)
