Administration Assistant
About the Role:
WorkPac are currently seeking an Administrator for a temporary assignment for our mining client based in the Moranbah region for an immediate start. This position will be a Monday to Friday role across a 9 day fortnight with meals and accommodation provided.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Management of all accommodation including village camp accommodation and rental properties
Assist payroll with the processing of weekly pays including site attendance records
Review employee expense claims
Daily payroll tasks
Management of vehicles
Reviewing, issuing and distributing TBTs
Uniforms
Reviewing invoices relating to housing/ camp accommodation/ vehicles
Adhoc commercial queries
Skills and Experience:
Proven Administration experience
Strong attention to detail & organisational skills
Demonstrate strong experience with Microsoft Office Suite
Coal Board Medical

Hold the right to work in Australia
