Administration Assistant

Job description

WorkPac are currently seeking an Administration Assistant for a local town mine near Biloela, Queensland.

  • Monday to Friday

  • 6:30am to 10:30am (20hours per week)

Your proven ability to multi-task and work within a fast-paced environment, combined with your flexible, proactive attitude to work will see you succeed in this support role.

Responsibilities:

  • Front counter coverage from 6:30am

  • Drug and alcohol testing

  • Discovery park accommodation

  • Consignment notes

  • Optimum

  • Pre starts and SMU hours

  • Ad-hoc tasks as they happen

  • Scanning and renaming files.

This is a residential position. Local candidates to Biloela are encouraged to apply.
