Blackwater Location Monday to Friday role Casual ongoing opportunity About the Role: Our client is seeking an experienced HSE Administration Officer. This position is responsible for supporting the Manager, Health, Safety and training to apply, implement, establish and review the Mines Safety and Health Management System Duties and responsibilities: Respond efficiently and appropriately as the first point of contact for any walk-in Health & Safety administrative enquiries; Ensure the timely and accurate filing of SHMS documentation including assisting to maintain the Mine Record Provide administrative assistance in the compilation and distribution of Safety Alerts, Form 1a and Form 5a to Mines Department, ensuring appropriate prioritisation Manage the Health & Safety office notice board, ensuring all alerts and information is displayed and refreshed/maintained as required Provide administrative assistance in the compilation and distribution of meeting min
