Administration Officer

  • FIFO from Perth

  • 2:1 roster

  • 3 month position with potential to go permanent

About the Role:

WorkPac are seeking an experienced Admin Officer for a position based in Onslow. This role will be a FIFO position working a 2:1 roster for a 3 month duration with potential to go permanent with our client.

What you will be doing:

  • End to end support with onboarding and mobilising Drivers to Wheatstone operations

  • General office duties; including but not limited to, responsibility of the office phone system, filing and record management, and administration of employee forms and data

  • Management and oversight of inventory including ordering of stock

  • Collecting mail, maintaining stationary and preparing documents for new arrivals

  • Liaising with Client employees regarding bookings and management of camp accommodation

  • Booking of employee medicals, maintaining confidentiality with results interpretation and management

  • Payroll administration; including collection of all timesheets for the payroll team and relevant data entry

  • Processing new employee forms to ensure payroll requirements are processed within required timeframes

  • End to end travel management and organisation including flight bookings, accommodation bookings and direct communication with candidates and clients

  • Continuous improvement in office systems

What you will be need:

  • Experience in a similar Administration based position (experience in HR or Bookkeeping will be looked upon favourably)

  • Intermediate skills in the Microsoft Office suite (specifically with spreadsheets in Microsoft Excel)

  • Experience working with a high volume of data and thorough attention to detail

  • Strong computer literacy, ability to work with various software platforms as needed

  • The ability work well with others, with strong verbal and written communication skills

  • A current C Class Drivers Licence
