About the Position:
WorkPac are currently seeking an experienced Administrator to join our client based in Welshpool. Commencing in the New Year, this will hold a Monday -Friday roster for an initial three-month duration with the potential for a permanent opportunity for the right candidate.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Incoming call/mail distribution
Procurement and Goods receipting
Regular invoicing through internal Pronto Management System
Follow up on any data discrepancies
Facilitate inbound calls and customer enquiries, including resolving any administration concerns that may arise
Generate Purchase Orders and attend to trailing events associated
Set up and maintenance of customer accounts/databases
Collect and enter timesheets into internal Pronto Management System for weekly payroll as required
Assist the PPE stock maintenance
Other general administration duties as required by management
Skills and Experience:
Relevant Tertiary Education
Proven experience within a similar administration position
High Attention to Detail and Problem-Solving Skills
Strong communication and organisation skills
Computer literacy with Microsoft Office Suite
Intermediate Excel software experience
Pronto experience (preferred)
