About the Role
This role will predominantly involve Administration and travel duties for a client based in Karratha. The hours would be Monday - Friday 7:30am - 4pm.
Duties
Check/confirm flights in client system
Reporting and reconciling of flight confirmations
Minutes, updating rosters, mail collection
Scheduling safety meetings and reporting
Agenda/minutes for operations meeting
Coordinate with pilots and engineering to ensure vehicles are managed
Adhoc accommodation and charter flights booking
Reception duties including ensuring visitor inductions/VIC passes/temp testing/COVID questionnaires are completedLease administration
Raise POs, purchase supplies for the base
Skills & Experience
Manual drivers license required
Drug & alcohol test required
2 years previous Administration experience
