About the Role
WorkPac are currently seeking an experienced Branch Administrator to join our clients Karratha based operations.
The successful candidate will report to the Branch Supervisor and play a pivotal role in the organisation and day to day running of the branch.
Duties and Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for, however not limited to the below duties:
Inventory control
Raising purchase orders
Customer service and reception duties
Invoicing and related paperwork
Accepting work orders via telephone, fax and email
Logging service calls and assisting with technician dispatch
Timesheet processing
Skills & Experience
WA C Class Drivers Licence
Intermediate MS work package experience
Pronto experience advantageous
Have the ability to work both independently and as a team
Be a motivated self starter and the ability to work with minimal supervision
