About the Role:
WorkPac are seeking an Administration Assistant to join our client based in Karratha on a Monday to Friday Roster for a period of four weeks. The hours of work are 8:00am to 4:00pm with additional hours as required.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Assisting with appointments
Phone and email correspondence
Filing, scanning and sending correspondence
General administrative duties
Skills and Experience:
Proven experience within an administration position
High Attention to Detail
Strong communication and organisation skills
Computer literacy with Microsoft Office Suite
Current Working with Children Check and Police Check
Current Australian 'C' class driver licence
Must be either an Australian Citizen or a holder of an Australian permanent residency visa to be eligible to apply for this position
