About the Role:
WorkPac are seeking an experienced Administrator to join our client based in Port Hedland on a Monday to Friday Roster. Reporting to the Property and People Support supervisor the position provides a wide range of administrative support to the team. Working in a busy and dynamic environment, the role will be required to manage competing priorities and have the ability to positively interact with a variety of internal and external stakeholders.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Booking travel and accommodation for team members
Accounts payable functions including raising purchase requisitions, processing service entry sheets and maintenance of Purchase Orders
Assist with meeting facilitation including (venue, catering, and visitor registration)
Issuing and following up with maintenance requests
Assist with reception and adhoc duties as required
Skills and Experience:
Proven experience in providing a wide range of administrative support to management
Property management experience (preferred)
Good organisational skills, with the ability to multi-task and manage conflicting priorities
Computer literacy with Microsoft Office Suite
Sam Workflow and Serko experience (preferred)
Current Australian 'C' class driver licence
Must be either an Australian Citizen or a holder of an Australian permanent residency visa to be eligible to apply for this position
