About the Position:

WorkPac are currently seeking experienced an Team Leader for an initial 6 month position based in Adelaide CBD. This role is involved in guiding, supporting, managing, and leading staff to deliver key business outcomes within a service delivery environment.

The ideal candidate will have strong leadership experience in a service delivery environment and be an excellent communicator, who has demonstrated experience with clients and handling difficult conversations via phone.

Duties will Include:

• Exercise a sound understanding of people and performance management skills

• Demonstrated strong leadership skills with a focus on coaching staff with regards to performance against deliverables and behaviours meeting values and code of conduct

• Provide supportive work practices and behaviours that encourage and promote a positive culture and client centric approach within the section

• Ability to identify areas needing improvement whilst also proposing and implementing solutions

Skills & Experience

• Proven capability in line with the Leadership Capability Model and the DVA Service Delivery Capability Framework

• High level cognitive, verbal and written skills including the preparation of briefs, client complaints, investigations

• To be successful as a Team Leader, you will have strong interpersonal skills and a commitment to quality service delivery and working collaboratively.

• You will also have a proven ability to work with shifting priorities and demonstrated/understanding of the importance in leadership.

• Good knowledge of Outlook, TRIM, Excel, Process Direct or the ability to quickly learn

• Current C Class Driver's License or Transport

• Must be either an Australian Citizen or a holder of an Australian permanent residency visa to be eligible to apply for this position
