Our Client manages and maintains road networks across Australia and New Zealand. They also manufacture and supply products and services to create a safe, efficient and reliable journey.

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Asphalt Labourer to join our Client's growing Road Services Crew for work around the Kelso, Bathurst and Orange areas in NSW.

You will be working with the Road Crew to carry out all maintenance and repairs as per our Client's requirements.

Pay rate: $30.56 per hour plus Penalties and Super

12 hour shifts - mostly Night Shift (additional allowance will apply)

This is on-going work with the opportunity to transition to full time with our client depending on your performance.

Role would suit someone who can be flexible with travelling outside of Bathurst.

Duties and Responsibilities

Assisting with all asphalt general labouring duties as instructed by our Client

Raking, sweeping, lining out roads, assist with fill & pour, working alongside Civil Machinery

Work as a team to achieve the goals set for that day

Adhere to all COVID-19 and safe work practices as instructed by our Client

Skills/Experience

Min. 6 months of asphalt or Road Service Labouring experience

Need to be willing to work outdoors and able to work in a team

Must be double vaccinated/medical exemption letter for COVID-19

White Card

Machine Operating Tickets: Roller or Bobcat (advantage)

Be able to pass a Pre-Employment Medical and Drug & Alcohol test
