About the Role

We are currently seeking an experienced Asphalt Supervisor for permanent work with a well known client. $140 + super, open to negotiation.

• Manage performance of the asphalt paving operation.

• Plan and coordinate materials, equipment, personnel and support services for works.

• Coordinate client requirements at site prior to mobilisation.

• Ensure procedures and processes required by the client are followed.

• Ensure all plant, including sub-contractors, is in a safe working condition prior to commencement of works.

• Ensure pre-start health, safety and environment checks are completed and issues resolved prior to works commencing.

• Conduct site consultation and toolbox meetings.

• Coordinate emergency repairs and response where required.

Experience/tickets required

• 3+ years within Asphalt in a leading hand/supervisory capacity

• Drivers license
