About our client
Located in Helidon, this is your opportunity to work for the worlds largest provider of commercial explosives and innovative blasting systems to the mining, quarrying, oil and gas and construction markets!
What you will be doing
If successful, you will be commencing on 8-hour dayshifts for an approximate 12-week period whilst in training before moving into 12-hour shifts on a rotating roster across days & nights. The role includes following the defined processes associated with assembling Non-Electric and Electronic Detonators on manual and automated machines. You will be trained to have the required skills and competence to operate the manufacturing machines safely, efficiently, and effectively to address production and distribution requirements.
What you will need:
Must have a high attention to detail
Must have a strong commitment to safety
Good communication skills
Reliable and committed to attendance in the workplace
The ability to pass a Pre-Employment Medical
Willing and able to obtain Explosive Security Clearance Card
