About the Role:

The successful candidate would be involved in various activities requiring (but not limited to) sourcing analysis of existing reports, data architecture design, architecture enhancement, and replication of reports (Power BI & SSRS).

This role has been created to support the data and reporting solutions space to achieve better support outcomes for the teams products.

The resource would be involved in various activities requiring (but not limited to) sourcing analysis of existing reports, data architecture design, architecture enhancement, and replication of reports (Power BI & SSRS).

Contract Duration: 6 months with a possibility of extension after this period.

Approximate Start Date: 04/01/2022

Working arrangements: Primary location is Perth OC, with occasional requirement for Central Park, WFH is promoted and allowed within the team.

Key skills necessary:

1.Advanced Experience writing SQL queries or working with databases, using SSMS

2.Experience in Microsoft Business Intelligence (BI) Stack

3.Analytical skills with experience collecting, organizing, analysing, and disseminating abundant information with accuracy

Key skills desirable:

1.Considerable experience in mining and processing productivity

2.Experience with MineStar or Dispatch

3.High analytical capability in inferring insights from data

4.Experience with user experience and user interface design and development

5.Extensive knowledge of current RTIO HME/FP production systems-operational reporting, Analytics & Reporting team systems and relevant databases

6.Working in an agile development environment

7.Good knowledge of Software Lifecycle processes

8.Experience in Version Control (Azure DevOps or Git)

Key tasks and responsibilities:

1.Analysing the sources of existing reports

2.Interpret data, analyse results using reverse engineering techniques

3.Ensure standard datasets are used as per D&R governance

4.All development work to be compliant with current A&R IS&T infrastructure and standards

5.Maintain automated/scheduled standard reports, dashboards, tools and analytical exercises
