Our client operations are located in two of the largest and most productive metallurgical coal basins in the world, the Bowen Basin in Queensland, Australia and the Central Appalachian region of the US, servicing customers throughout the Asia-Pacific, Americas and Europe.

About the Role

WorkPac has opportunities for skilled and experienced Boilermaker who will form part of and contribute to a Mine in the a Bowen Basin Mine. Must have Bucket Rigging Experience. You will be working a Lifestyle Roster 5:4/4:5/5:5 with successful candidates starting as soon as possible.

An absolute commitment to working safely, complying with all site safety standards and ensuring a safe and environmentally healthy workplace is essential. It is imperative that you possess the ability and aptitude to maintain high standards of safety, equipment serviceability, housekeeping and compliance with mine working procedures.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Fabrication and maintenance of buckets

Pre-Requisites for this position include:

• Trade Qualified Boilermaker

• Bucket Rigging Experience

• Minimum 6 months mine experience

• Current Standard 11 Induction

• Current Coal Board Medical - conducted within 2 years

• Current Driver's Licence

• A willingness to work rotating rosters

• Ability to contribute and work positively in a team environment

• Sound Work History

• Current Driver's Licence and Right to work within Australia
