About the role

Our client is seeking experienced Mobile Plant Boilermakers for works based at the Karara mine site located 200 km south-east of Geraldton. The mineral mined at this location is magnetite which is an important iron ore used for steel manufacture and is the first major mine of this kind in the mid-west.

You will repair and perform maintenance to mobile equipment out in the pit and the field. The fleet of heavy mobile equipment of which you will be working on are:

• CAT D10 Dozers

• CAT 793 Dump Trucks

• CAT 6040 & 6060 Shovels

Skills and experience

• Previous demonstrated experience working in a similar position

• Relevant Fabrication Trade Certificate

• Minimum C Class Drivers Licence

• Unlimited right to Work in Australia
