About The Role

Are you looking for a longterm career? Bring your previous Trade assistant or rental equipment experience and take the next step into this Branch Co-Ordinator role based in Karratha.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Speciality Rental (not general hire), of Large air compressors, large power generators, Nitrogen generators, steam boilers, and associated products and accessories (booster, dryers).

• Combination role of TA / yardy / some basic admin & co-ordination

• Safety No. 1 priority, of employees, of branch, of equipment.

• When equipment goes on hire/ returns, follow the check in / check out procedures

• Includes loading / unloading of equipment off transport

• High pressure water washing of machines

• Basic servicing of equipment when required (eg changing oil filters / air filters etc). Training will be provided.

• Use of MSOffice applications for reporting, admin, email etc

• Use on inhouse ERP system for reporting, ordering spart parts etc, creating POs etc.

• Booking of transport providers, and ensuring they have the correct loading guidelines for the equipment

Skills & Experience

• Experience in Hire/Rental industry base role advantageous but not essential

• Current WA C Class Driver's license minimum.

• Intermediate PC Skills

• Have an interest in mechanical things and the right attitude.
