About the Role
Working within the business improvement team, the role provides support in managing project tracking and performance of improvement initiatives, coaching initiative owners through the improvement process to progress ideas to implementation. You will act as PMO of a business improvement database to manage project tracking of improvement initiatives supporting initiative owners in tracking and reporting of initiatives pipeline analysis to identify gaps and focus areas. Youâll see yourself training and coaching initiative owners in the improvement process and progress ideas to implementation.
Skills and Experience
Demonstrated skill in Excel and PowerPoint âvlookup, pivot tables and creating charts
Demonstrated analytical capability
Strong communication skills and stakeholder engagement
Demonstrated bias for action
Experience in business improvement
Business or Engineering Degree
