About the Role:

WorkPac are seeking an experienced Business Improvement Specialist. This role will be based on a 5:2, 4:3 roster working a 40-50 hour week for a 12 month duration.

What you will be doing:

• Key improvement point of contact for the Rail Maintenance Division

• Ownership and continuous improvement of the Divisional PDP process

• Ownership and continuous improvement of the Rail Maintenance 90 day and Annual Planning process

• Identifying and executing discrete improvement projects

• Facilitating problem solving, root cause analysis and process mapping activities

• Collaborating with other departments and divisions to share knowledge and lessons learned

• Assisting with gathering data, updating reporting or information centres

• Building strong relationships with key internal and external customers

• Supporting relevant stakeholders in building a positive continuous improvement culture

What you will be need:

• Any continuous improvement experience desirable across any industry

• Root Cause Analysis experience

• Project Management experience
