About the Role:

WorkPac have an exciting opportunity for a Business Improvement Specialist to join the team at Rio Tinto based at in Perth working in the Rail operations business division. The successful applicant will work a 5/2, 4/3 roster and travel to site on an adhoc basis.

Key Responsibilities will include:

Lead and manage the In-field mobility solution across Rail operations. This will require adhoc travel to the Pilbara (7-mile, Cape Lambert and Tom Price). Expected to work closely with front line operators, leaders and key IS&T partners.
