About the Role
Rio Tinto's Engineering & Asset Management Team in Perth is seeking a suitably experienced Change Analyst to support project change/embedding activities for a roll out of a Asset Management Tool. This position will be for six months.
To succeed in this role you will have experience;
Supporting change across large scale business transformation projects
Developing change supporting documentations such as PowerPoint presentations, colleague communications, training materials
Facilitation skills in running stakeholder meetings and training sessions is desirable
Designing and documenting business processes and has experience with development of process flows in Visio or similar
Experience in using and creating SharePoint pages is desirable
Responsibilities & Duties
Support change activities and develop support tools such as communications and training materials
Support train and coach others in use of the new Asset Maintenance Tool software
SharePoint / website design and maintenance of pages
