About the Role

Rio Tinto's Engineering & Asset Management Team in Perth is seeking a suitably experienced Change Analyst to support project change/embedding activities for a roll out of a Asset Management Tool. This position will be for six months.

Role Requirements

To succeed in this role you will have experience;

• Supporting change across large scale business transformation projects

• Developing change supporting documentations such as PowerPoint presentations, colleague communications, training materials

• Facilitation skills in running stakeholder meetings and training sessions is desirable

• Designing and documenting business processes and has experience with development of process flows in Visio or similar

• Experience in using and creating SharePoint pages is desirable

Responsibilities & Duties

• Support change activities and develop support tools such as communications and training materials

• Stakeholder engagement

• Support train and coach others in use of the new Asset Maintenance Tool software

• SharePoint / website design and maintenance of pages
