About the Role:
WorkPac are seeking a Client Services Administrator to join our client on a Monday to Friday Roster based in Brisbane.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Responding to a high volume of email and phone queries
Contact clients to confirm schedules and logistics
Provide quotes and price jobs in the system
Plan and manage asset collections
Data entry into relevant systems
Additional ad hoc administration requirements
Skills and Experience:
Proven experience within a Administration or Client Services position
Strong communication, time management and organisation skills
High Attention to Detail
Computer literacy with Microsoft Office Suite
