This beautiful Australian family owned Aged Care facility is located in the beautiful Gold Coast. It has an excellent reputation for providing the best care for their residents.

Reporting to the Facility Manager of this 111 bed Aged Care facility you must be a real EQ leader and have the ability to think outside the box and be prepared to go on a very cool journey with the FM's vision and help it come alive!

You will be successful in this role if you are a fun and innovative CCM with amazing EQ - someone who can deliver excellent personalised care in a fun and nurturing environment.

Experience:

• Achievement of the Aged Care Quality Standards

• Achievement of clinical and care results

• A consumer centred approach is core to all you do

• You pride yourself on your capacity to engage effectively with all levels and stakeholders and you are an enthusiastic, positive and committed leader

• You have a record of success in making and implementing positive changes

Essential requirements:

• Extensive aged care experience including ACFI

• Current AHPRA registration

• Leadership experience

• Aged Care Act and Accreditation Standards

• Current CPR certificate

• Right to work

• Current police check

Even better, if you have:

• Leadership qualifications

• Advanced nursing qualification in gerontology, palliative care, dementia and/or advanced care planning

This role is permanent, full time, Monday to Friday and the location is stunning. Close to the beach, shopping centres, schools, restaurants and public transport.
