Qualifications & experience
AHPRA registered (RN).
Further qualifications in management (preferred).
Experience as a Clinical RN (required).

Tasks & responsibilities
A sound knowledge and understanding of Department of Health, Local Government requirements and other relevant Departments.
Ensuring that the health, care and social well being of the residents is maintained to a desired standard as per the âAged Care Quality Standardsâ.
Supporting your team to achieve optimal resident outcomes.
Supervise and mentor others.
Knowledge in ACFI / Funding documentation.
Ensure Resident Care plans and assessments are current and accurate and reviewed as per schedule.
