About the Role:
WorkPac are seeking an experienced Commodity Export and Logistics Administrator for an immediate start with a leading total waste management company located within the Melbourne CBD. Initially this position will be working remotely from home December through to January with 3-4 days in the office after this with flexibility around additional WFH requirements if required. This position will hold a Monday to Friday roster from 8:30am-5pm however the client would be open to part time for the right applicant.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Completing export documentation, including;
Container packing lists
PRA & EDN reconciliation
Sales invoice admin, including;
Input into JDE (CWY System)
Support CTD Operations staff on the following;
Quality assurance, e.g. Commodity audit and photographic file management
Shipping and vessel movements monitoring to coordinate container releases and delivery
Skills and Experience:
Proven Administration experience
Proven experience in export logistics and documentation
Proven experience in container export logistics administration
Container shipping line admin
Strong communication and organisation skills
High Attention to Detail
Proficient in MS Office Suite
Current Australian 'C' class driver licence
Must be either an Australian Citizen or a holder of an Australian permanent residency visa to be eligible to apply for this position
