About the Role:
WorkPac are seeking an Administration Officer to join our client based in Moranbah on a Monday to Friday Roster, for three months in duration. This role is a great opportunity for a highly organised, customer service focused administrative professional.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Drafting and typing of emails, letters and any other documents as required;
Photocopying and preparation of documents
Data input, reporting and maintenance of registers
Assess applications to ensure compliance with respective Acts and Regulations
Procurement Management; raise requisitions and coordinate payment of invoices
Provide high level administration support to departments as required
Skills and Experience:
Certificate III in Business Administration or demonstrated experience of administrative processes
Knowledge of corporate governance and community engagement processes (desirable)
High Attention to Detail
Strong communication and organisation skills
Computer literacy with Microsoft Office Suite and SAP
Current Australian 'C' class driver licence
Must be either an Australian Citizen or a holder of an Australian permanent residency visa to be eligible to apply for this position
