About the Role:

WorkPac are seeking an experienced RTO Compliance Officer to join our Gold Training partner for an exciting opportunity based in the Gold Coast.

Gold Training are a Registered Training Organisation with a results driven approach to employee training working in partnership with WorkPac to develop a multi-skilled and knowledgeable workforce. The successful candidate will report to the Compliance Manager with a variety of tasks for the team including internal audits, course reviews, monitor the student management systems and maintain the RTO register. This position will be an initial 12 week tenure working 25 hours per week with flexible days and hours. The ideal candidate will be based in the Gold Coast preferable.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work with the Compliance Manager to maintain up to date knowledge of the VET sector and regulatory requirements

• Participate in internal audits and course reviews

• Schedule regular reviews of our scope of registration to ensure all qualifications and units delivered is up to date.

• Update resources to be aligned with our current and future scope ensuring the resources are of a high standard and engaging

• Monitor of the student management systems (SMS - aXcelerate)

• Working knowledge of various funding contract requirements including Traineeships, Apprenticeships, CSQ, DESBT, SA & WA.

• Update Training and Assessment Strategies

Experience and Knowledge Required:

• Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of the VET Quality Framework, Standards for RTOs 2015 and the National Code 2018

• Familiar with student management systems ??? aXcelerate (desirable)

• Demonstrated ability to work within a culturally diverse organization

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, and the willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.

• Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (desirable)

• Diploma of Quality Auditing (desirable)
