About the Position:
WorkPac are currently seeking an experienced Contracts Officer to join our leading mining & resource client based based within the Bowen Basin for an immediate start.
Responsibilities will Include:
Assisting leaders in undertaking contract scope of works
Participating in the tender process and responding to tender enquiries
Supporting contract management processes to ensure legal and procedural compliance
Providing advice to suppliers and maintaining accurate records.
Skills and Experience
Proven experience across administering procurement contracts with strong organisational skills to manage competing priorities
Experience in Procurement and Contract Administration and strategic disciplines necessary to achieve the confidence and rapport in dealing with internal stakeholders
The ability to engage with various stakeholders and a thorough understanding of contract management and contract administration principals- Essential
Current Coal Board Medical, Standard 11 - Or Willing to Obtain
Current C Class Driver's License
