About the Role:
WorkPac are seeking an experienced Project Analyst to join our client in their Perth Office on a Monday to Friday roster. The Project Analyst will provide service to the Project Controls team by maintain the cost management system (Prism), uploading actuals and reviewing data and process for improvement.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Daily archiving of projects and new projects shell creations
Extraction, preparation and uploading of cost actuals
Preparing reconciliation files and rolling over projects to next reporting period
Liaison with system vendor and coordinate upgrades or changes
Provide training to Project Controls team on system use and improve work instructions
Review and improve system administration processes
Review standard coding and control account structure
Assist with PBI reportin
