Counter Sales Store Person / Service Administrator

We proudly design and build our products in the USA About the Role: This position will provide a range of support services across the organisation, prioritising administrative support in the allocated region.? Reporting to the Service Manager you will work closely with customers, technicians and the sales force daily to ensure the smooth processing of service jobs and quotations coupled with hire-tool administration and basic service reporting functions. You will liaise with internal and external customers to deliver a timely and efficient service experience. Key Responsibilities: The following items are a summary of the key functions of the position and apply to general service, mobile van service and hire-fleet operations: Booking freight/logistics coordination using various platforms. Shipping and Receiving of customer tools for service center. Assistance with hire fleet orders from clients/sales agents. Load/unload delivery trucks using forklift. Counter sales, generate service quotes. Collect payments from customers. Customer service support, liaising with clients. Providing overall administrative support to regional location. Administration tasks, service billing and data entry. Complete monthly inventory cycle counts. Maintain database of customer tools and next service/calibration date Required Skills and Experience:? Experience in a? service or maintenance administration environment. Solid understanding of quoting, invoicing and basic business practices. The ability to support technicians and communicate effectively across various mediums from email to phone and via? scheduling systems. Attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure to tight deadlines in fast paced environment.
