About the role
WorkPac is currently seeking an experienced Credit Control Officer to work in the impressive Service Centre located in Fortitude Valley. We are looking for candidates who are available immediately through until the end of September.
We want to speak with candidates who have a positive, team orientated and can-do approach to their day to day work. To be successful in this role you must have a minimum of 12 months previous experience in a similar role.
Duties and responsibilities
Reporting to the team leader, you will be responsible for aspects of your Credit portfolio
Collection of overdue accounts
Resolving claim, disputes and queries
Build strong relationships with internal and external key stakeholders
You will be required to work full time hours Monday to Friday (8am to 5pm, with some flexibility i.e 7.30am to 4.30pm)
Skills and Experience
Minimum of 12 months experience in a similar role
Have an exceptional telephone manner
Be personable - we are a fun office!
