Customer Care Consultants

About the Position:

In partnership with our leading Security and Resource Client, WorkPac is currently seeking Customer Service Specialists to join an expanding team based within Tullamarine. This position will hold a Monday to Friday roster, for an initial 12 months in duration with opportunities for work from home after the initial training period.

VitalCALL alarms provide a valuable service to our customers, providing Personal Emergency Response units, which are installed in our customers homes. These devices allow our customers to live independently and provide peace of mind to customers and their families alike.

We are looking for someone with excellent customer service skills, patience, and the ability to build rapport with customers. This role would suit you if you are looking for a position where you can work from home, and enjoy interacting with customers who are potentially elderly or vulnerable and their families.

Responsibilities will Include:

  • Ensure that all calls are actioned in accordance with 4g Migration Program procedures.

  • Resolve complaints or escalate to management in line with 4g Migration Program procedures

  • Effectively communicate with all customers internal and external

  • Work with and support the different areas within the business, i.e. Customer Service team

  • Processing of customer and agent requests in line with 4g Migration Program procedures

  • Obtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle inquiries and complaints, perform customer verifications to maintain data as requested by the business

  • Respond to customers enquiries and ensuring customer satisfaction and resolution

  • Liaise with other staff to identify any delays and communicate changes to customers

  • Maintain a reputation for caring and professional service to clients and their associated contacts

Skills and Experience Required:

  • Prior experience within a Customer Service or Inbound/ Outbound Call focused role or similar

  • Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build excellent relationships with customers including the elderly and vulnerable and their families

  • Experience working with Elderly or Vulnerable Individuals- Highly Desirable

  • Strong Computer Skills with experience utilising Microsoft Office Suite

  • Current C Class Driver's License and Own Transport
