12 month position Monday to Friday roster, full time hours Lonsdale based office location About the Role: WorkPac are seeking an experience Customer Service Officer for a maternity cover role with our industrial client based in Lonsdale, SA. The Customer Service Officer will work within the Customer Service team to assist with all customer enquiries including processing orders and providing quotes for sales and ordering of industrial parts. The successful candidate will have excellent administration skills with experience in liaising with customers and product managers to ensure orders are processed efficiently. This role is for a 12 month maternity cover and is working Monday to Friday 8.30am to 4.30pm in our clients Lonsdale office. Duties and Experience Required: Provide professional verbal & written price and availability on request from internal and external customers, with prompt follow up of customer quotations Ensure accurate processing of customers
