About the Role:
WorkPac are seeking a Customer Service Consultant to join our leading Electronic Security client for a Full Time Permanent Contract, direct with the client. This position will have a Monday to Fridayroster,based in Salisbury (Brisbane) and will have weekly alternating roster start times: (Daylight savings, between 7am to 10 am) and (Non Savings, between 8 am and 10 am.). 5am to 5.30 am starts are also available for support for servicing New Zealand branches for enquiries. Shifts will be for 8 hours.
Reporting to the customer services manager, this role will be responsible for responding and resolving customer enquiries via email and phone in a timely manner. The role is fast paced, and no two days are the same.
