About the Position:
In partnership with our leading government client, WorkPac is currently seeking an experienced Customer Service Officer working within the housing service delivery department with an immediate start, based within Karratha for an initial duration of six months.
Within this position you will work with a variety of customers providing customer support via phone, face to face and through written communication to assist with delivering tenancies across state, regional and community housing.
Proven experience within administrative or customer services officer position with housing or tenancy experience highly regarded
Developed interpersonal and customer service skills
Developed verbal and written communication skills
Advanced word processing skills and computer literacy
Proven ability to work under pressure, use initiative and manage competing priorities
National Police clearance or ability to obtain
Current WA C Clas
