About the Client:

About the Role:

WorkPac in conjunction with our leading client are seeking an experienced Customer Service Officer. This role will support our delivery teams across fire protection (alarms and sprinkler systems) service works and installation projects in Newcastle and the Hunter area.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Performing and supporting all administrationfunctions in a timely and efficient manner

  • Assist Branch personnel with relevant back office procedures

  • Liaising between the business and the customers when needed

  • Booking inductions for techs on new sites

  • Account and invoice reconciliation

Key Requirements:

  • Experience in administration, sales or customer service

  • Some exposure to construction or similar

  • Some knowledge of MS Office programs ??? Work, Excel, Outlook

  • Experience working with an ERP system (Pronto preferably)
