About the business

Our client is a Nationally recognised organisation within the Hazard and Waste Management Industry looking to expand their teams across two Eastern Suburb locations

About the role

This role will be providing excellent customer service to our existing client base via Inbound and Outbound calls

Skills and experience

  • Previous Call centre experience preferred

  • Strong customer service skills

  • Clear verbal and written communication skills

  • Ability to meet KPIs', business targets

  • Proficient computer skills and knowledge

  • Able to work unsupervised and also within the team
