Customer Service Officer - Full Time Role

Job Highlights

  • East Perth location

  • 6+ months work

  • Monday-Friday, occasional Saturday + pens

About the Role

The Customer Service Officer role needs to always strive to provide our customers with the best possible experience. The focus should be to supply the correct products ordered to the agreed schedule. The Customer service office should proactively support customer???s enquiries, needs and requirements whilst delivering on key business goals around on time deliver, on time loading and transport utilization.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Maintain a safe system of work in the workplace. Comply with all relevant safety, health and environment legislation

  • Adhere to all company policies, procedures and work instructions

  • Maintain professional communication with both external and internal parties

  • Processing customer feedback through the internal database of QSI or CRM daily.

  • Consistently improve on processes

  • Capable of performing minimum data entry requirements

  • Reads and understands communications and interprets for relevance in local environment

  • Fully engages OH&S within activity and seeks support to achieve best possible outcomes

Skills and Experience

  • Experience in the logistics / transport industry is preferred.

  • Experience in customer service

  • Strong organisational and prioritisation skills

  • Ability to work in a busy office environment

  • Sound knowledge of the Perth Area

  • Flexible workload schedules.

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills

  • Basic knowledge of MS Office Suite

  • Basic SAP knowledge ???Preferred but not essential.
