About the Client

Our client is a leader in the industrial manufacturing space and is currently seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative in their Parts Department to join their business on a permanent, fulltime basis in West Brisbane.

About the role

Part Sales Representative duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to providing customer sales support to ensure efficient quoting and processing of customer orders. As well as other customer order fulfillment duties. This position requires an outstanding customer centric approach that is results driven to exceed customer expectations.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a professional relationship with customers

• Ensure sales and enquiries are attended to with customer first mindset and completed accurately with regular contact

• Collaborate with our team to ensure customer expectations are met and exceeded

• Collaborate with our team to ensure adequate stock levels are maintained of sales items

• Processing of customer orders and requests for quotation/P&A

Skills and Experience required

• Prepare quotations and process purchase orders

• Listening to and understanding customer requirements

• Detail oriented and works with a high degree of accuracy

• Competent computer skills using Microsoft office and support systems

• Interest or experience in industrial/mining or manufacturing sales

• Experience with MYOB or WMS (Warehouse Management System)

• B2B platform experience such as Pipechain/Ariba/SAP
