Customer Service Supervisor

About the Role:

WorkPac are currently seeking a Customer Service Supervisor to join our client in their Prestons Office. This position will be a Monday to Friday roster, initially six months in duration with a potential for permanency for the right applicant. Reporting to the Branch Manager the role manages the area allocated to increase opportunities for the service, part sales and preventative maintenance agreements to the materials handling and transport industries.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Oversee major customer workshop and field repairs

  • Liaise with customers as required

  • Compile quotations and generate workshop customer repairs

  • Educate team members on major customer requirements and needs

  • Ensure associated targets are met regarding Service Agreements, Quotations and meetings/calls

Skills and Experience:

  • Mechanical/Electrical Trade Certificate (Preferred)

  • Ability to prepare quotes for overhauls and repairs

  • Material handling experience

  • Ability to read and interpret spare parts and service manuals

  • Demonstrated presentation and sales skills

  • Strong customer focus and ability to achieve sales targets

  • Current C Class Drivers Licence

  • Must be either an Australian Citizen or a holder of an Australian permanent residency visa to be eligible to apply for this position
